Terms and Conditions

Every card is handmade using the finest quality materials. Each greeting card is accompanied with a matching envelope and wrapped in clear celophane.

Please note our cards are handmade therefore slight variations may occur from the samples shown.

Due to small pieces our cards are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.

All designs are covered by copyright of Caledonian Cards.

ORDERS

To place an order simply use the online shopping basket. Orders are only accepted once we have received payment. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.

POSTAGE

We use Royal Mail first class delivery or if you choose Royal Mail Next Day Delivery at extra cost. Please allow 2 working days for delivery of goods, orders are packed in padded envelopes. Every care is taken to ensure your cards reach you in perfect condiditon, however if you are not completely satisfied then simply return the cards to us for a full refund.

Please note due to current industrial action by Royal Mail we cannot guarantee delivery within 48 hours, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with the use of PAYPAL which is a secure online facility.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of an order must be prior to dispatch of goods, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Damages and Shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods we are confident you will not be disappointed with our cards however, if you are not completely satisfied then simply return the cards to us for a full refund.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

We do not store your card details and we certainly do not pass your information onto third parties.
